Procrastination

This is me procrastinating.  I have 1200 words left to type out, yet I am posting on tumblr.  This is so much more exciting to write.  I wish I could write on tumblr all the time.  The end.

This is MYcity.

Atlantic on the move: As Los Angeles’ boulevards reassert their place in the public realm, the transformation along Atlantic offers glimpses of a new city identity taking shape.
This is the first of an ongoing series on iconic L.A. thoroughfares.

But, now you come to me, and you say: “Don Corleone, give me justice”. But you don’t ask with respect. You don’t offer friendship. You don’t even think to call me Godfather. Instead, you come into my house on the day my daughter is to be married, and you ask me to do murder for money.

Regrets

Did you ever do something unintentionally that you regret…..

something that keeps you up at night thinking about all of the things you could’ve done differently….

though no matter how many potential changes you come up with, you know that what’s done is done and there’s no way to change the past….

but your mind refuses to listen and continues to think of ways you could’ve handled the situation differently….

and so now, you are stuck with the possibilities of the future….

and how this one event can potentially affect the rest of your life, quite possibly for the worse.
